Global Business Practicum
The Global Business Practicum (GBP) is an intensive, in-country study experience for students.
Over two weeks, you will experience local cultures and business practices of your host company first-hand whilst applying your business and management skills. Companies have included banks, accounting firms, start-up companies and insurance firms.
Recent destination cities include Bangkok, Singapore, Mumbai, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
The GBP is offered as summer and winter semester subjects.

Melbourne Business Practicum
The Melbourne Business Practicum (MBP) provides you with in-company experience within a Melbourne-based host organisation. Teams of four will work on actual challenges faced by the organisation over 10 consecutive with a week of induction, plus post-practicum assessments.
Host organisations involved have included The Melbourne Royal Botanic Gardens, Grattan Institut, Australia-New Zealand Bank (ANZ) and National Australia Bank (NAB).

Expand your horizons with a Dual Degree
The University of Melbourne has agreements with Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and HEC in Montréal, Canada that allow high-achieving Masters of International Business students to undertake a year of international study at the partner university.
Students who successfully complete a dual degree program will graduate with the Master of International Business from the University of Melbourne and either the MSc Marketing Management from Bocconi or MSc Supply Chain Management from HEC Montréal.
