MBS Case Competition

By participating in the MBS Case Competition, you will get the opportunity to:

  • Solve real live business problems
  • Learn about business consulting and industry trends
  • Meet and network with your peers
  • Apply and integrate knowledge gained from your classes

This competition is a great opportunity to experience consulting, especially if you are considering applying for the Business Practicum or Global Business Practicum.

Who can apply?

This competition is for current graduate students of Melbourne Business School (Master of Management Suite, Master of International Business and Specialist Masters programs) and students enrolled in the Master of Engineering Management and Master of Marketing Communications.

Participants must be enrolled in at least one subject in the current semester to be eligible to compete.

Participation in the 2022 competition is subject to the acceptance of the competition’s Participant Rules and Guidelines.

Prizes

In 2022, monetary prizes were awarded to the winning teams as follows:

  • 1st place - $2,000
  • 2nd place - $1,000
  • 3rd place - $500
  • 4th place - $500
