Visit the Level 1 Student Lounge in the Spot, for all-day free snacks, drop-in activities and a dedicated chill-out space. There will also be free massages available at various times. Also, check out this week's featured activities below which will be held in various locations.

MU Sport fitness classes

MU Sport are bringing fitness classes to the Spot for Stress Busters. Re-centre your mind and body with yoga, body balance or breathe and focus. Try primal movements which combines Brazilian jiu-jitsu ground moves, animal-like motion from nature and harnesses the power of the breath from yoga. Mats are provided. Everyone is welcome but places are limited. Register now to secure your spot.

Wellness walks and coffee

Take a 30-minute break from studying to recharge. Slow down and take notice of your surroundings. Enjoy nature. The walk will end with free coffee, or a hot beverage of your choice. No registration required. Just turn up. You can join us at one walk or all of them.

No-bake cooking classes

Join us for a fun culinary adventure in our no-bake cooking classes. Dip into a mixture of guacamole and chips. Roll sweet chocolate truffle balls. Design your own charcuterie board and chop fresh fruits to build the vibrant flavours of a pavlova cup. Places are limited, so arrive early to secure your place.

Mindfulness and Guided Meditation

Dr Haisu Sun will share mindfulness techniques to manage stress in a one hour session. The session will cover practical de-stressing strategies that emphasize self-care and self-compassion, applicable during exam periods and beyond.
