Workshops and other resources

Counselling and Psychological Services also runs a program of free workshops and webinars covering personal development, mental health and wellbeing issues each semester.

And check out their range of tip sheets and guided exercises covering a wide range of topics, including common mental health issues, study-related issues and relationships.

The University of Melbourne Student Union offers free meditation, free yoga and free breakfasts, as well as opportunities to get involved in volunteering and a Food Bank.

If you would like to speak confidentially to a counsellor, Headspace is a free online or telephone service for young people aged 12 – 25, and Beyond Blue also offers online and telephone counselling.
